Nestled in the Tyne Valley at Hexham in Northumberland, UK, sits the Egger UK chipboard production factory. There has been a plant at the site since the early 1960s, and the steam venting from it day and night can be seen for miles around.
Here is the pen drawing I made of this stretch of landscape, using pastels for the highlight colour.
