My pastel, charcoal, and pencil drawing of the front of a rather battered-looking bulding on John Dobson Street in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. There's cracked render, crumbling brick, graffiti and boarded windows - just the sort of scene I love.

I made this art on dark grey paper and have mounted and framed so it is ready to hang. Including the frame, this measures 44.5cm (17.5 inches) wide by 35cm (13.75 inches) high. The drawing itself is 28cm (11 inches) wide and and 19cm (7.5 inches) high and it is in a double mount which is signed by me. The frame is black and has an engraved detail edge and a scooped recess.
